Jose and Dale, both provided EXCELLENT service! We had an issue with our tankless water heater in the attic of our home. They came out and were able to get the issue resolved and got our hot water back! No more cold showers! Lol! Will definitely contact them with future plumbing needs!

We used Planet Houston Plumbing to replace a hot water heater that had gone bad. They responded promptly and after assessing the situation, informed us that the old water heater still had a warranty and we were eligible for a replacement at a reduced price. Planet Houston Plumbing handled everything and even replaced insulation on a second water heater that was still in good working condition.
